Project Approach consists of 5 core phases.
Value Discovery
In this phase, the organization's current state, data infrastructure, process structure, and business outcomes are analyzed from multiple angles. The goal is to uncover hidden opportunity areas, data-driven improvement potentials, and value leaks. Field observations, analyses, AI-driven preliminary models, and expert opinions are combined to create a customized value map for the organization.
Value Frame
Clear objectives, business outcomes, and solution areas are defined based on the identified opportunities. At this stage, the strategic framework that will guide the project is established:
